Bianco Ingredients
4 portions of fresh cod fish
3 heads of garlic in slices
6 t.sp. olive oil
4 potatoes cut in large pieces
100g lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Procedure
In a cooking pot we put the olive oil and sauté a little the garlic and the potatoes.
Add 3 glasses of water and boil until the potatoes are softened a bit.
Add the cod, salt and pepper.
When the food is almost ready, add the lemon juice and cook until the sauce is thickened.
