The theatrical workshop “Thymeli” presents “Stamatia, the Gender of Argyropoulou” by Kostas Sotiriou, returning for three final performances at the New Stage of the Municipal Theater.

Stamatia, the Gender of Argyropoulou, the daughter of a senior ministry official, raised with the traditional Christian and patriotic values that shaped post-war Greece, is engaged to a captain in the national army. Through the narration of events that marked her tumultuous life, the deep divisions of post-war Greece will be artistically illuminated.
