    ACHEPA Corfu and Stefanos Korkolis together again on January 30, 2024. On the same day, in the morning, the ceremony for the delivery of medical equipment to the General Hospital of Corfu.

    The new year starts very dynamically for the ACHEPA Corfu department, just as the previous one ended, full of social activities and contributions to the local community and beyond.

    With a renewed artistic program, but with the same lineup, the exceptional composer and soloist Stefanos Korkolis, along with the dazzling and among the top Greek performers of the new generation Sofia Manousaki, accompanied by the Philharmonic Orchestra ‘Omonia’ of Gastouri, the Municipal Choir of Corfu San Giacomo, the school choirs of the Music Gymnasium of Corfu, the 4th Gymnasium, and ‘The Smiles of Mon Repo,’ will celebrate musically the tradition of state-of-the-art medical equipment delivery to the neonatal department of the Hospital. This festive performance, with the participants promising multiple musical surprises, will take place at the Municipal Theater of Corfu on Tuesday, January 30th, at 20:30, and admission for the public will be by invitation only. The distribution of invitations will start on Friday, January 19th, at the Speedex Courier store in Kouloura and at the Corniza store in Georgaki Square.

    The Philharmonic is conducted by the chief musician Spyros Rallis, the preparation of the Municipal Choir by maestro Antony Ivanof, the teaching of the school choir by their teacher Elli Karydi, of the 4th Gymnasium by Nikos Dimitropoulos, and of the ‘Smiles of Mon Repo’ by Agathi Koskina. Lighting design will be by Andreas Tryfonas, technical coverage by the company Seven Arts Place, and sound engineering by Giannis Koskinas in a performance curated by Dr. Nikos Dimitropoulos, Ionian University Professor and Deputy Governor of ACHEPA Greece.
