This policy describes the information we process to support Mykerkyra, as well as other Services and features provided by Mykerkyra (hereafter Mykerkyra Services or Services).

Content that is communicated or re-notified by others about you

For example, when you share a post or send a message to specific friends or accounts, they can download, create screenshots, or resubmit that content to others within or outside of our Services. Also, when you comment on someone else's post or react to their content, your comment or reaction appears to anyone who can see the content of the other user, and that person can change the audience later.

Individuals in your networks may see some indications suggesting if you are active in our Services, whether you are currently active in the Mykerkyra chat, or when you used our Services for the last time.

Data retention, account deactivation and deletion
We store the data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and Mykerkyra Services or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on the nature of the data, the reason for collection and processing, and the relevant legal and operational data retention requirements.

When you delete your account, we also delete all your posts, such as photos and status updates, and you are unable to retrieve this information later. How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?
We have access to your information, keep it and notify it to regulatory, prosecution or other authorities:
• Responding to a legal request, if we believe in good faith that this is required by law. We may also respond to legal requests if we believe in good faith that the response is required by applicable law in the jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction and is in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
