CORFU. The artistic association “Echoes,” under the auspices of the Holy Metropolis of Corfu, Paxi, and the Diapontian Islands, is organizing a commemorative concert titled “Scent of Smyrna.” The program includes songs related to Smyrna, accompanied by a vivid description and the presentation of relevant historical details by Mr. Spyridon Mouratidis, a History Doctor. We will be transported to the Smyrna of theaters and cultural flourishing of that era, and later to the description of the uprooting and nostalgia of the Greeks for their return!
