The Hellenic Cricket Federation, aiming to promote the sport among younger generations, is organizing the first-ever Christmas Cricket Celebration 2024 for children under 14 years old.

The event will take place on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 16:00 to 19:00, at the Nausithoe Municipal Gymnasium in Corfu.

The celebration will feature sports games, a DJ playing music and Christmas melodies, creating a festive atmosphere for all participants. Young athletes will receive commemorative gifts, and the event will be supported by graduates of the Cricket Coaching School (Level C) and National Coaches, who will guide the children and share their expertise on the sport.

The Hellenic Cricket Federation invites all clubs to register their participation by Friday, December 6, 2024, specifying the number of athletes and age categories (boys, girls, children under 14 years old). Registrations should be sent via email to contact@cricket.gr.

Please note that scheduled training sessions for the day will not take place due to the event.

The Christmas Cricket Celebration 2024 offers a unique opportunity to encourage young children to participate in the sport and bring the cricket community together.
