The activities of the “St. Spyridon” Choir for the festive season are as follows:
Wednesday, December 11, the eve of the feast of our patron saint, St. Spyridon, at 8:30 PM, the Children’s-Youth and Women’s Choirs will perform at the Scouts Hall, presenting carols dedicated to the saint with a special repertoire.
Saturday, December 14, at 6:00 PM, the Children’s-Youth Choir “St. Spyridon” will participate in the Christmas tree lighting and the opening of the Christmas village exhibit by the Tasos Diavatis collection at the Korakiana Elementary School (Katomeri).
Saturday, December 21, at 6:00 PM, the Children’s-Youth Choir “St. Spyridon” and its Korakiana branch will take part in the Christmas tree lighting event organized by the Ano Korakiana Association at the village square.
Sunday, December 22, at 10:00 AM, the Preparatory Section of the “St. Spyridon” Choir will participate in the celebration for the newly baptized organized by the Church of Saints Jason and Sosipater at Anemomylos.
Sunday, December 22, at 6:00 PM, the Preparatory Section and the Korakiana branch of the “St. Spyridon” Choir will take part in the Christmas youth celebration of the Holy Metropolis, held at the “Platytera” foundation theater.
Monday, December 23, at 8:30 PM, the “St. Spyridon” Choir will present its Christmas concert at Ntómos, featuring the Ventus Brass Ensemble.
Tuesday, December 24, at 7:00 PM, the “St. Spyridon” Choir will perform traditional carols in the city of Corfu.
