CORFU. A painting exhibition by Dimitris Analyti titled “The Corfu of Yesterday” will take place at Anemomylos. The exhibition will run from Saturday, July 13 to Sunday, July 30, 2024.

Dimitris Analyti

Born in 1966 to Corfiot parents, he is a permanent resident of Corfu. At the young age of 14, his hobby of painting took shape with his first group exhibition. From 1983 to 1985, he was an apprentice at the painting studio of the painter Ioannis Kardiopoulos in Kallithea, Attica.

From 1991 to 1993, he attended painting classes at the Artistic School of Corfu. From 1994 to 1996, he took painting lessons again from Ioannis Kardiopoulos, now in Corfu, and subsequently from the iconographer Nikolaos Pappas. In 2000, he exhibited his works at the Art Gallery of the Imperial Hotel. In 2001, he exhibited at the Municipal Theatre of Corfu.

Since 1999, he has been a member of E.I.K.E. (Art Club of Corfu).

2021: Solo exhibition, Garitsa Mill, Corfu.
2022: Solo exhibition, Garitsa Mill, Corfu.
2023: Group exhibition curated by IMAGE publishing house at the Corfu Medical-Surgical Society.
2023: Group exhibition at the “Nine Muses” art center, Katerini.
2023: Group exhibition with the Corfu Art Union E.I.K.E. at ART CAFE, Corfu.
2023: Solo exhibition from July 15 to 31 at Garitsa Mill, Corfu.

His works have also been exhibited in numerous other group exhibitions in Corfu and throughout Greece.
