• August 1 to 6: Six-day pilgrimage and festival on August 6 at the Holy Monastery of Pantokrator on the summit of the mountain
• August 6: Transfiguration of the Savior. Festival in Kampielo (city), Pontikonisi, Perivoli, Strinila, Paliochori, Spartilas, Agioi Deka, and Agios Matthaios
• August 11: Procession of Saint Spyridon in the City (9:00 a.m.) in memory of the island’s salvation from the Ottoman Turks. Traditional festival in Melikia
