Archontikon
This 140 year old Archontikon brings back memories of Corfu’s Venetian past. Set right on the beach of Kalami offers magnificent views of the sea and sunrise from the large patio and its three verandahs “The Archontikon” has been reconstructed and renovated with elegance without losing its traditional character. Where possible the owners even kept the old marble stone tiles and used old solid bricks to the structure in order to preserve the essence of “The Archontikon”.
Erkina House
Erkina House is a two storey traditional house which has been completely renovated and consists of a very nice guestroom on the ground floor with a small kitchenette and wc/shower. Furnishing is according to traditional Corfian style.
Villa Erato
Villa Erato is a two-storey villa situated in an elevated position within the property land. In the first flool there is a large living area fully furnished with couch, coffe table and arm chairs. In same area there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. A large glass door opens to a spacious verandah with a wooden set of table and chairs where you can dine, read or just enjoy a drink.
Villa Frini
Villa Frini is a three level villa situated in an elevated position within the property land. Consists of a living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the first floor. Two glass doors offer access to a large varandah furnished with a wooden set of table and chairs. By the verandah there is an external staircase that leads to the lawn garden and villa’s private poo below. It offers also views of the village and the sea.

Through a staircase a thrird bedroom with en suite wc/shower can be accessed on the first floor which has it’s own veranda with views of the village and the sea.
Villa Pithia
Villa Pithia consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen area connected with a furnished living room. There are also two separate bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms each one with its own direct access to the garden and villa’s private pool in front. Through a staircase a third bedroom with ensuite wc/shower can be accessed on the first floor which has it’s own veranda with views of the village and the sea. The fourth bedroom is “coolest” one and it is located in the semibasement area.
