Agios Spyridonas Beach

Awarded the Blue Flag for its organization and cleanliness, this beach is the largest and most famous beach in the area.

It is most refreshing during the hot summer days, since its waters are usually quite cold.
The beautiful surrounding, steep cliffs and the variety of activities it offers make it one of the most popular choices for locals and visitors alike.

Ambelaki Beach

Ambelaki Beach has the first diving centre ever established in Europe, dating back to 1963.With a rich seabed that attracts the interest of divers from all lengths and breadths of the earth, this beach is a scuba diver’s dream come true.

The beach is very quiet but organized, with umbrellas and sunbeds, the previously mentioned diving school and boat rental so one can explore the island and discover the magic, hidden treasures for themselves.

Agia Triada beach

With deep blue waters and a combination of a sand and gravel beach, Agia Triada is an ideal choice for water skiing and parasailing. Boat rental is available and there are bars and tavernas for food or beverages.

At the end of the day the sunset is something to look forward to.

Alypa / Alipa beach

With crystal clear waters, Alipa Beach is great for sunbathing on its sandy beach. It has large rocks located in its northern part, which add to its character. It is the only beach at Paleokastritsa that also has a fishing shelter.

Agios Petros beach

A favourite beach for those who love water sports, it is a combination of sand and pebbles.

It is located near the Monastery of Paleokastritsa in a lush landscape. It offers a wide range of water sports including jet skiing, paragliding and more.

Platakia beach

With natural shade in the afternoon, it is the ideal beach for relaxation and is favoured by fishing enthusiasts. It is worth mentioning that it ranks among the beaches with the coolest waters, but if you are bold enough, its view and tranquility will be rewarding.
The locals also call it ‘Verderoza’ after a lady who used to own a shop in the area in the past.
